Call Centres

NUHS Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) Operating Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8.00am - 5.30pm, excludes Public Holidays	NUHS VCC is a dedicated helpline that supports our patients, doctors in the community and Community Partners. The helpline is staffed by our trained team who can: Provide medical advice and support especially if you are thinking of sending your patients to A&E but it is a non-emergency. Provide link-ups to Social Service Offices (SSOs) and / or Family Service Centres (FSCs) for social support. Refer eligible seniors for physical / social activities at Active Ageing Centre (AAC). NUHS Contact Centre (for Specialist Outpatient Clinic Referrals to NUHS institutions)	Referral to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) under the National University Hospital (NUH)	6772 2000 / 6772 8065 [email protected] You will receive a response within 5 working days.

Support Groups & Services

Specialist Support Groups

Specialist support groups are messaging platforms where GPs can enquire about their resident’s condition and/or test results, as well as seek advice from NUHS specialists during office hours. There are currently two Specialist Support Groups for Cardiology and Orthopaedics.

CHAS Referral Form

The CHAS referral form may be used for:

CHAS Medical Referrals to Subsidised Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) at Public Healthcare Institutions;
CHAS for post-screening follow-up for abnormal Pap/HPV screening test result under Screen For Life (SFL);
Referrals for post-CDS/Vaccination follow-up under the Vaccination and Childhood Developmental Screening Scheme (VCDSS); and
Referrals for Breast Cancer Screening and GP-to-GP Referral for Cervical Cancer Screening under SFL and Healthier SG (HSG)
