NUHS VCC is a helpline that supports our patients, doctors and community partners. Our dedicated medical helpline is staffed by our team trained to provide medical advice based on an assessment of your symptoms and queries. In addition, our team is able to link you up with relevant healthcare, social services, and community resources which are available to you.
For enquiries relating to social services and community resources, our team can link you up with the relevant party based on your queries. You may alternatively choose to reach us at any of the other ways listed in 'How to Reach Us?'
