Building a Healthy Community - With You, For You
The National University Health System (NUHS) is the designated Regional Health Manager (RHM) for the western region of Singapore, serving over 1.14 million residents. As the RHM, NUHS is responsible for driving population health efforts and transforming care delivery across the region, from prevention to rehabilitation, in partnership with community and care providers.
From July 2025, NUHS deepens its commitment to building a healthier, more engaged population. This means that, you can expect to hear more from us on your HealthierSG journey, such as guiding you through your health milestones, reminding you to visit your Healthier SG clinic and complete your Health Plan, and helping you to keep track of your annual Health Plan check-ins.
This means more direct communication from us, localised health programmes in your neighbourhood and dedicated support to help you stay on track with your health journey.
As Singapore's RHM in the west, we are committed to delivering coordinated, community-based care that supports healthier, longer lives - not just in hospitals, but where people live, work and play.
Community Health and Social Support
The National University Health System (NUHS) serves as the Regional Health Manager (RHM) for the western region of Singapore. We collaborate closely with healthcare providers and community care partners to address the health and social needs of 1.14 million residents.
Our mission is to create a healthier and more engaged population by bringing care services closer to home and equipping residents with the tools and resources they need to take ownership of their health and wellness.
As the RHM, we assist residents in detecting health issues early and managing their conditions with the support of family doctors and community partners. We guide them through their Healthier SG journey, helping them achieve their health milestones and stay on track with their health journeys.
