Health Peers Programme

The Health Peers Programme aims to support you in your journey to lead a healthier lifestyle. In this three-month programme, our volunteers will be paired with you to set health goals and provide peer support in helping you to lead a healthier lifestyle. The programme focuses on guiding you on healthy eating and exercising.

The programme is available for all who:

  • Have diabetes or are at risk
  • Are open to interacting with an assigned volunteer for a period of three months
