When you see something that poses a risk, do something about it. Alert us if you learn of unethical practices by NUHS employees.
Some examples of unethical situations include:
The whistle-blowing channels are managed by an independent third party and the whistle-blower’s identity will be held in strictest confidence. Whistle-blowers can choose to remain anonymous. However, it is encouraged that they provide their identity when reporting a case to facilitate investigation. It is also critical that a whistle-blower provides as much relevant information as possible — e.g. name(s) of the individual(s)/organisation(s) involved, dates, times, locations, the specific conduct in question and any additional supporting documentation or evidence, to allow for thorough investigation.
Please note that the whistle-blowing channels are not intended for general patient feedback or enquiries, service or care quality issues and staff grievances.
NUHS staff may continue to raise Human Resource related issues through existing internal staff reporting channels or approach the Human Resource Department for assistance.
