At NUHS, we place people first. Care for our people is equally as important as care for our patients. Over the past two years of battling COVID-19, our healthcare team has made many personal sacrifices while holding the line for our nation. This has been a very stressful period, and to support our staff, we've rolled out various wellness initiatives, such as extra days to rest and recharge, encouraging and offering preventive health screening, offering counselling support helplines, as well as setting up the NUHS Wellbeing Office that works closely with HR to provide greater mental health support. Our goal is to make NUHS the best workplace it can be for all our staff!
