Biosketch

Dr Kelvin Koh is the Medical Director of Jurong Community Hospital and Senior Consultant of the Department of Post-Acute and Continuing Care at Jurong Community Hospital.

Dr Koh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1998. He obtained a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2004 and later became a fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and the Academy of Medicine Singapore. Additionally, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology, Geriatric Medicine, and Palliative Medicine from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Koh has several external appointments besides his clinical and administrative duties. He teaches Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine at various levels and is currently a Core Faculty member with NUHS Family Medicine Residency. Furthermore, he is an examiner at various postgraduate levels, including the Graduate Diploma of Geriatric Medicine, Master of Medicine (Family Medicine), and Fellowship Programme (FCFPS).

Dr Koh has special interests in Post-acute Care, Family Medicine, Dementia Care, Clinical Ethics, and Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education. Additionally, he is a Continuing Medical Education advisor for Family Medicine.
