Dr Hersharan Kaur Sran is a Senior Consultant from the Division of Nephrology, Department of Medicine as well as the Medical Director for the Adult Kidney Transplantation Programme, National University Centre for Organ Transplantation at the National University Hospital.
Dr Sran graduated from Guy’s, King’s & St. Thomas’ School of Medicine, and completed postgraduate training in the UK including training in Kidney Transplantation at Guy’s Hospital, London. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and was awarded the Academic Medicine Development Award in 2016 for a fellowship in Pancreas-Kidney transplantation at the Oxford Transplant Centre, UK.
Her teaching contributions include being Assistant Professor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and teaching faculty for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and for the NUHS Renal Senior Residency Programme.
