Dr. Clement Yong is a Senior Consultant Diagnostic Radiologist at the National University Hospital. After graduating with Honours from the University of Western Australia, Dr. Yong later obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). Since his move to Singapore, he has been working at the National University Hospital, where he now heads the Neuroimaging division.
He sub-specializes in advanced head & neck, and neuroimaging, and is a clinical expert with advanced specialty training from the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston USA, under the Singapore Health Manpower Development Plan Award. Dr. Yong has published multiple papers and book chapters on head & neck Imaging and has given lectures on the subject internationally.
Dr. Yong is also an Assistant Professor of Radiology with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and has won teaching and project awards for his commitment to the field. His research interests currently lie in the development of Artificial Intelligence and its application in brain tumours.
