Dr Chia Jun Yang graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2011. He obtained his specialist degree from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2012. He was also awarded the MOH Healthcare Research Scholarship to pursue the Master of Clinical Investigation in 2016. He completed and received his Specialist Accreditation in Urology in 2021.
Under the NUH Learning Development Award, Dr Chia completed his fellowship in Andrology and Prosthetic Urology in Australia in 2024. He is an executive committee member of the Singapore Men's Health Society as well as a member of the Singapore Urological Association.
Dr Chia has special interests in the fields of Male Subfertility and Reproductive Medicine, Male Sexual Medicine, Low Testosterone and Prostate Diseases. He runs specialised clinics for these conditions at the National University Hospital and Alexandra Hospital. He is actively involved in research and has an avid interest in Medical Innovation. He is also a clinical tutor for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and is involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Dr Chia has participated in multiple overseas humanitarian trips providing medical and surgical care to the less privileged in the region. He firmly believes in fostering strong doctor-patient relationships and delivering holistic, compassionate care to improve the lives of his patients.
