Community & Public Outreach
Held on 24 February 2024, at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, the caregivers were treated to a talk on advance care planning, self-care workshops and games. There was also a panel discussion for caregivers to share their stories and experiences. Through these actvities, our caregivers connected with each other and picked up tips and support resources to help them better manage their caregiving responsibilities and mental wellbeing.
We also celebrated eight exemplary caregivers, who received the NUHS Caregiver Award. Nominated by our healthcare team across our various institutions, these inspiring individuals were recognised for going above and beyond their role as caregivers, and who continues to inspire us with their dedication and commitment in caring for their loved ones.
