Community & Public Outreach
The second NUHS Health Together Carnival, proudly co-organised with People’s Association (PA), was held on 11 May 2024 at Teck Whye Shopping Centre. This event graced by Guest-of-Honour, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore, alongside senior leadership from both NUHS and PA, aimed to share the importance of preventive health and wellness, and encouraged residents to embrace healthy living with interactive booths and educational activities.
NUHS worked with community partners and agencies including the Agency of Integrated Care's Silver Generation Office (AIC SGO), Fei Yue Active Ageing Centres, REACH Active Ageing Centres, Health Promotion Board (HPB), Sport Singapore (SportSG), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), St Luke’s Eldercare and Caregiver Alliance.
