A*STAR - CIMIT Joint Call

Since January 2010, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and the Center for Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technology (CIMIT, see www.CIMIT.org ) have collaborated on growing Medical Technology (MedTech) innovations and activities between Singapore and Boston. The collaboration leverages the considerable strengths that each organization brings to accelerate the introduction of technologies that improve patient care while helping to build a strong, sustainable MedTech industry in Singapore.

In line with the objectives of the A*STAR - CIMIT Collaboration and to build strong collaborations between Singapore and Boston, a Joint Call for Proposals has been launched to foster interactions, encourage the formation of Singapore-Boston collaborations of clinicians and engineers and enhance capabilities and expertise in MedTech innovations.

A*STAR - CIMIT Joint Call for Proposals are now being solicited. Each proposal entails a collaboration between a Singapore investigator and a Boston investigator.
