This program provides a platform for researchers to connect, collaborate and exchange ideas to promote awareness of nutrition ingredients throughout Asia. In the 2013 grant program, BASF targets greater China, Indonesia, Singapore and India as consumers in these economies are undergoing rapidly changing lifestyles. BASF has increased granted number of studies from five in 2012 to eight in 2013.
€ 25,000 equivalent in local currency
Grant provided by BASF NewtritionTMAsia Research Grant will cover all fund demand of the project.
**Kindly budget in a minimum of rate of 60% IRC of total research project direct cost and the 7% output GST.
As the hardcopies are required to be mailed out to BASF's China Office, PIs are strongly encouraged to make the hardcopy and softcopy submissions early. Please ensure that all submissions should reach Research Office latest by Monday, 14 January 2013, noon (Attn. Ms Dorothy Er).
Please note that submissions should include the following:
a. Softcopy and Hardcopy submissions (with PIs', Co-PIs', HOD's signatures, and HOD's recommendation)
b. Principal investigators whose primary appointment is in NUS should use the NUS grant endorsement form while Principal investigators whose primary appointment is in NUH should use the NUH grant endorsement.
In summary, the documents required are to be submitted to NUHS Research Office by Monday, 14 January 2013, noon :
- 1 softcopy of duly signed application form
- 1 softcopy of the fully endorsed NUHS or NUS Grant Endorsement Form
- 1 original hardcopy of duly signed application form
- 1 hardcopy of fully endorsed NUHS or NUS Grant Endorsement Form
Please do not staple the hardcopy forms. Kindly use paperclips/ binder clips to bind them together instead.
Principal investigators whose primary appointment is in YLLSOM should use the NUS grant endorsement form while Principal investigators whose primary appointment is in NUH should use the NUH grant endorsement.
