A healthy lifestyle is the key to weight management. This includes striking a balance between diet (energy input) and physical activity (energy output) and excludes fad diets which promote quick and temporary weight loss.

This talk covers sustainable weight management techniques such as understanding the energy balance theory, tips to maintaining healthy eating habits and the use of modern technology to aid weight loss.
