Osteoarthritis is a medical condition which commonly affects the knee joint. It causes progressive joint degeneration and possible deterioration in the quality of life. In the older adult population, this could lead to a vicious cycle of immobility, functional decline and falls. Physiotherapy aims to help with pain control, maintenance of joint range and strength, as well as overall physical wellbeing. Join the talk to find out more!
